This is a letter of offer, not a Contract. A Contract
entered into prior to auction will require the ‘cooling
off’ period to be waived prior to your signing.
I/We acknowledge that I/We have been informed that there
may be other offer/s being submitted and that it is the
Vendor/s decision to accept or reject any offer.
No offer is deemed to be accepted by the Vendor/s until
a Contract in the form of the standard Real Estate Institute
of South Australia Contract Note is duly signed by both
the Vendor/s and by the Purchaser/s.
Please convey this offer to the Vendor/s as my/our best
and final offer on the property.
